Welcome to MyHomee, an online store offering a wide range of unique products for your home.

To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our customers, we have established the following terms and conditions:

The terms are written in the feminine form for convenience, but they apply to all genders. The use of feminine language is solely for ease of reading and does not imply any discrimination based on gender.

Orders: Orders can be placed through our website 24/7.

Order preparation time is up to 48 hours from the time of order placement (on weekdays).

Delivery time is between 9-14 business days after order preparation, except for products that are custom-made, as indicated on the product page.

We will update you on the delivery stages based on information received from the shipping company via email, and we ask for your patience if there are unexpected delays.

Exchanges/Returns: We adhere to a simple exchange and return policy for our customers. If the product is defective or there is a discrepancy between what was ordered and what you received, send us a photo, and we will ensure to credit or replace the product quickly and easily (must be reported immediately and no later than 14 days). We believe that a good shopping experience starts with fast and quality service.

Cancellation by the Store: The store management reserves the right to cancel a transaction in whole or in part in the following cases:

The site management reserves the right to cancel the supply of items if there is a clerical error or mistake regarding their price, description, shipping costs, or delivery times.

If the product is out of stock or production has been discontinued.

In cases of force majeure, acts of war, hostility, terrorism, or any other event preventing the continued proper execution of the sale.

Cancellation by the Customer: By law, and also from our understanding that sometimes we purchase products online and later regret them, we offer an easy and convenient cancellation policy:

Orders placed within 48 hours – can be canceled immediately, and the refund will be processed within 24 hours by our customer service department, including a full refund of shipping costs.

Orders after 48 hours that have already been shipped – can be canceled upon receipt of the product and within 14 days. The refund will be issued within 24 hours of the product's return (excluding shipping costs). Returns can be made in two ways:

Return by the customer via registered mail. 

Order Cancellation Due to Delivery Delay: Generally, we commit to deliveries within 14 business days from the date of order shipment. If you wish to cancel the order due to a delivery delay, cancellation will be allowed provided 30 business days have passed. For any other reason, cancellation will be allowed according to the cancellation policy mentioned in subsections 5 (sections 1 and 2).

Shipping: We offer deliveries to all areas of the country. Deliveries arrive at the nearest mailbox or business address at the discretion of the shipping company.

Deliveries where you selected home delivery (at an additional cost) will arrive directly at your doorstep.

If a product does not arrive, the responsibility is ours and not yours, so rest assured that your money is guaranteed until the product arrives.

The responsibility for collecting the delivery from the collection point rests with the customer. The company is not responsible for packages returned due to the failure to collect the package on time.

Age Restriction: Purchases from the website are for ages 18 and above only.

MyHomeeStore is not the manufacturer of the products offered for sale on the site. The company acts as an intermediary in the sale of products and provides the products to customers based on information and data provided by the manufacturers. The company is not responsible for any damage caused to the customer or a third party as a result of using the products, including but not limited to bodily injury, property damage, or business loss.

MyHomeeStore collaborates with third-party suppliers abroad to ensure maximum product availability and allow customers to enjoy an easy and convenient shopping experience.

Business Liability: The company and/or its representatives will not be responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage caused as a result of using the service and/or using products purchased on the site.

Customer Service: Our support team is available to assist you with any questions. You can contact us via email, chat, or WhatsApp, and we will respond as soon as possible.

Product Information: We strive to provide accurate product information, including product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, please note that some variations in color, texture, and other characteristics may occur due to differences in lighting, screen resolution, and other factors.

Purchasing on the site constitutes acceptance of the terms of use and agreement to all the provisions of the regulations, forming a binding contract between the customer and the company.

The company may update the terms of use from time to time. Customers must read and approve the current terms of use with each purchase.

Privacy and Security Policy: The company is committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your information. Purchases are secured via SSL, and your credit card information is not stored with us.
